Each presenter will have access to
- One side of an A0 poster board. The maximum poster dimensions allowed will be A0 size, portrait orientation ( 841 x 1189 mm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches )
- Powerstrips/fixation will be provided
- A small table for laptops and handouts if requested
- A power outlet with standard European pin plug system. The voltage is 230V, 50Hz. If you require US, UK or other plug systems please make sure you bring the appropriate adaptor.
- Wireless access will be available to delegates throughout the conference.
Photocopying and printing services are available at different shops around the campus at Grindelallee.
The official conference poster session will take place 16:00-17:30 h on Wednesday 18th .
Please note that the presenters will be able to set up their displays on Wednesday morning from 08:30 h and will be able to leave their posters on display until late on Friday 20th July as all posters will remain on display in the West Wing Foyer after the Wednesday session. Poster presenters will be required to be in attendance during their scheduled poster session, 16:00 – 17:30 h on Wednesday 18th.
